Storytelling is the invisible thread that stitches together every facet of my existence. The human mind has been my lifelong obsession—a labyrinth of thoughts, emotions, and unspoken truths waiting to be unraveled. I thrive on peeling back the layers of life, drawing unexpected parallels between the abstract and the real.

I write slice-of-life stories inspired by everyday moments—snippets of conversations, fleeting emotions, and quiet observations that spark intriguing tales. Some are laced with wry humor, others viewed through a deeply sensitive lens, always reflecting the ebb and flow of life.

Professionally, I’ve spent over two decades in the People Development space, shaping mindsets and driving meaningful change. As in-house counsel, I’ve built culture groups that foster collaboration and growth. As an external consultant, I’ve partnered with organisations to design and implement learning & development interventions that address deep-rooted behavioural patterns, transforming workplace dynamics from within.

As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practitioner, I strive to break free from the invisible chains of cognitive biases, challenging belief systems to cultivate a cycle of healthy, empowering thoughts. It’s a journey of questioning, reframing, and reshaping the narratives that shape us. Yet, as an Expressive Arts Therapy Practitioner, I’ve stepped into an entirely different realm, the uncharted territory of pure emotion. Here, thoughts are not interrogated but felt, experienced, and expressed in their rawest form. It’s a deep dive into the unknown, where logic takes a backseat, and the heart leads the way.

This paradox, this dance between structure and chaos, mind and soul, questioning and surrender, fascinates me. I can’t wait to see what emerges, both within me and in the souls I journey with.
